Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Perform routine system backups, software updates, and security patches during off-peak hours.
- Document technical incidents, resolutions, and incident reports accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and handovers.
- Adhere to all IT security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
