Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve incoming technical support tickets via Zendesk and ServiceNow with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical incidents.
- Maintain the integrity of internal systems and ensure 100% uptime during night operations.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and knowledge base updates.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical experience (Minimum 2 years).
- Proven track record of successfully working in night shift or rotating schedule environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Immediate availability to start working tomorrow as requested.
