Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all tickets, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate unresolved issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential outages.
- Ensure a 99.9% uptime satisfaction rate for night operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow).
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred.
