Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features on tight deadlines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one major backend language (Java, Python, or Go).
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Tools: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure and think critically about system architecture.
