Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead cloud migration initiatives on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement security best practices including OAuth2 and encryption protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor system performance using Datadog and Grafana dashboards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of leading fintech or high-traffic projects
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
