Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support to customers via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Monitor and maintain server health, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Log and categorize all technical tickets and issues in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and software installations for end-user devices.
- Stay updated on the latest software patches and security protocols.
- Adhere to strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) guidelines for response times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Previous experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Customer Service (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a low-light environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting languages.
