Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable front-end and back-end web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain best practices for security and testing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, React, and Node.js or Python.
- Strong proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
