Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor server status and alert management of any critical system anomalies.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Conduct routine security checks and software updates to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with immediate availability.
