Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical server infrastructure during night hours to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Execute automated deployments and patch management for Windows and Linux environments.
- Respond to high-priority incident tickets and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with Day Shift teams to document changes and hand off system status reports.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and perform routine security audits.
- Manage database backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Administration or Network Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Ability to work independently in a shift-based schedule (Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
