Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve complex technical tickets with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers during handover periods.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies and SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
