Responsibilities
- Supervise night shift nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care standards
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and emergency protocols
- Monitor equipment and inventory management for critical supplies
- Implement and enforce HIPAA compliance and safety regulations
- Lead shift handovers and cross-departmental communications
- Conduct performance evaluations and staff development sessions
- Handle administrative duties including electronic health records documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Current Arizona RN license or relevant healthcare certification
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making abilities
- Advanced proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
