Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned properties to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms in real-time
- Enforce access control procedures for all visitors and vehicles
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
- Coordinate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors
- Conduct perimeter checks and secure all entry points
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Security Officer License (D or G)
- Minimum 2 years commercial security experience
- Ability to work independently overnight (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Proficient with surveillance technology and reporting software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
