Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks according to strict safety and quality guidelines.
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently during night shifts.
- Monitor production output to meet daily quotas and targets.
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work history.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
