Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical system operations during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine diagnostics and troubleshooting on industrial machinery and software interfaces.
- Generate and review nightly production reports, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues immediately.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards within the warehouse floor.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or technical support roles.
- Proven ability to work efficiently during night shifts and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
