Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and precision assembly equipment with strict quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on production machinery
- Document production data and maintain accurate quality logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience with CNC equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4x10 shifts)
