Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow and meet daily quotas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S compliant workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on finished products to adhere to company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse setting is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
