Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks according to strict quality control standards and blueprints.
- Operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Monitor product output to ensure daily production targets and quotas are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct routine quality checks on finished products and report any defects immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to streamline production workflows.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
