Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, ensuring best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust error handling mechanisms.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
