Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues during night operations.
- Monitor system alerts and manage incidents in real-time to ensure minimal downtime.
- Document all incidents and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Perform routine maintenance, security updates, and patch management.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of new user workstations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware peripherals.
