Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including OS configurations, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor server performance and system alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime for client operations.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports in our Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to escalate critical issues and ensure smooth handovers.
- Install, configure, and maintain company hardware and software assets.
- Conduct regular security patching and system updates to protect company data.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service roles.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and common office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift 20lbs and sit for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred for on-site shifts).
