Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee network infrastructure and server performance during night hours to ensure 24/7 operational stability.
- Troubleshoot: Resolve complex technical issues and software glitches for internal and external clients efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of incidents, resolutions, and system changes in our ticketing system.
- Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support to ensure business continuity across all departments.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the day shift team to hand over critical tickets and ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Security: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive data during non-business hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
