Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems and endpoints during night operations.
- Resolve technical tickets escalated from the daytime team with 99% accuracy.
- Perform system maintenance, patch updates, and security configurations.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to the oncoming day shift.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles.
- Must be available to work a consistent Night Shift schedule.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
