Responsibilities
- Perform High-Velocity Data Entry: Accurately input and verify customer orders, inventory details, and shipment data into our ERP system.
- Inventory Verification: Conduct nightly audits of stock levels and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- System Management: Monitor and update digital logs and databases to reflect real-time operational changes.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with the day shift team and management to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Error Resolution: Identify and rectify data errors immediately to prevent shipping delays.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry, logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel especially) and typing at least 45 WPM.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain high data integrity standards.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
