Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Resolve technical issues and account-related questions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while adhering to company policies.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate critical issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
