Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to clients via phone and email during the night shift.
- Accurately process and verify incoming data entries and service requests.
- Maintain detailed logs of all client interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot common software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all company security protocols and compliance standards.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support, data entry, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
