Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective, timely solutions to end-users.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions and issue resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives to reduce ticket volume.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical help desk, or call center environments.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic troubleshooting tools (Windows, Mac, Mobile OS).
