Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients in the Atlanta metro area.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently using standard troubleshooting protocols.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
