Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and account management support to clients.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor during all communications.
- Identify trends in customer issues and relay them to the product team for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
