Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware systems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical procedures to ensure high-quality support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote) or willingness to work onsite.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
