Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently under pressure.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and strict adherence to service level agreements (SLA).
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity and issue escalation.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to the QA team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays without complaint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and fast typing speed.
