Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for clients with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the Senior Engineering team for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or technical support role.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
