- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently and accurately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management immediately.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while adhering to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation is required.
