Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for clients, providing clear and actionable solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex bugs or feature requests.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during peak weekend traffic.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
