Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients regarding shipments, orders, and account status during the night shift.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates and retention.

- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics support.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polite tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
- High School Diploma: Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
