Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Resolve complex inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, typing, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville office.
