- System Optimization: Optimize data pipelines and hardware-software interfaces to maximize computational efficiency and reduce latency.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps for infrastructure upgrades and evaluate emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and hardware specialists to translate theoretical models into deployable solutions.
- Code Governance: Establish coding standards, review architectural patterns, and mentor junior engineers on advanced system design principles.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in systems architecture, AI engineering, or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit or similar quantum frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-dimensional engineering problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
