Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery and assembly lines to ensure optimal output.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections and testing to guarantee compliance with strict industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Document production data accurately and report any technical issues to the supervision team immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
