Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems tailored for 2026 enterprise applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for quantum integration, ensuring optimal performance and error mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing hardware and algorithms.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of quantum simulation environments and production workloads.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 2 years focused on quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and experience with quantum programming frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE) and error correction protocols.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
