In this role, you will bridge the gap between quantum mechanics and deep learning, building systems that are exponentially faster and smarter than current standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for machine learning applications.
- Lead a team of researchers and engineers in developing cutting-edge AI models.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processors for AI workloads.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the 2026 AI platform.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data security in all developments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proven expertise in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
