- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on emerging geopolitical and technological disruptors
- Design and execute immersive future-state simulations for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, synthetic biology, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact predictions
