Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, low-latency AI inference engines for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Lead the architecture of the Project 2026 neural network stack, optimizing for speed and energy efficiency.
- Mentor a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Product, Data Science) to integrate AI models into physical systems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security and performance best practices.
- Define technical roadmaps and make strategic decisions regarding technology selection and architecture patterns.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading technical teams and architecture.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and C++.
- Proven experience in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with robotics middleware (ROS 2) and real-time operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
