Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technical vision for the 2026 strategic initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle exponential growth.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to drive feature delivery and quality assurance.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development process.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
