Responsibilities
- Strategic System Design: Architect robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative’s core products.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of senior engineers in researching and implementing cutting-edge quantum algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest engineering standards through rigorous code reviews and mentorship of junior developers.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging technologies and adapt our architecture to integrate them seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive innovation without a clear roadmap.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
