Responsibilities

- Lead quantum computing integration projects with 10+ member cross-functional teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, nanotech, neuromorphic computing) for commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and international stakeholders quarterly
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric applications
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with quarterly ROI optimization
- Coordinate with MIT and Stanford on joint innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years experience
- Proven track record implementing quantum/AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning
- Executive-level experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
