Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers to deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, driving innovation in algorithm efficiency and hardware-software co-design.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical curiosity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Principal role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong experience designing distributed systems and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance applications from conception to deployment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or next-gen hardware interfaces is a major plus.
