Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap.
- Lead high-level research initiatives in Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Define and enforce technical standards for next-gen data processing and security.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term tech vision with business goals.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture or AI Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and roadmap planning.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with 2026-era tech stacks, including WebGPU, Spatial APIs, and Next-Gen Cloud.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
