We are looking for a visionary Lead AI Strategist to define the 2026 technological landscape. At Quantum Leap Dynamics, we don't just predict the future; we build it. We are currently deploying the infrastructure required for the next era of autonomous decision-making.
Your Mission: Spearhead the architectural design for our flagship 2026 platform, integrating Generative AI with real-time predictive analytics. You will work directly with C-level executives to translate abstract future concepts into deployable code and scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 AI Infrastructure overhaul, ensuring scalability and security.
- Design and implement proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for low-latency enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and API standards.
- Oversee the deployment of edge computing solutions to reduce data transmission latency.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven track record of leading high-velocity engineering teams in a remote-first environment.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
