Responsibilities
- Design and implement breakthrough AI architectures targeting 2026's computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ specialists in ML, quantum computing, and biotech
- Secure $10M+ in government grants for frontier research initiatives
- Develop production-grade systems achieving AGI-level benchmarks by Q1 2026
- Publish 3+ top-tier papers at NeurIPS/ICML annually
- Mentor junior researchers through our patent incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years of industry R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with 1000+ citations
- Expertise in transformers, diffusion models, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems at scale
- Strong background in quantum machine learning and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing DoD/EU Horizon grants for frontier research
