Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D strategy for Project 2026, focusing on hybrid AI models that leverage quantum entanglement for data processing.
- Design and optimize complex neural network architectures capable of running on both classical CPUs and quantum processors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum physicists, software engineers, and product managers to translate theoretical breakthroughs into deployable products.
- Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance benchmarking and optimization to ensure system latency meets enterprise-grade standards.
- Author high-impact research papers and patents for proprietary algorithms.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in applied machine learning research and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms is highly desirable.
- Strong background in linear algebra, stochastic calculus, and statistical modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to production deployment.
