- SEO & Technical Documentation: Lead the creation of high-quality technical documentation and white papers, optimizing them for search visibility to establish thought leadership.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketers, and stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- SEO Expertise: Demonstrated ability to write technical content that ranks highly on search engines and drives organic traffic.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
